Very nice coupon for an oil change. Had an appointment. Left 1.75 hrs later due to being backed up? Why have an appointment? Service was good, personnel are friendly and easy to deal with. Timing is terrible.

I had my Toyota Corolla serviced on 3/12 I didn’t have an appointment but my service tech Micheal worked me in. Due to not having an appointment my wait time was minimal. I got a notification that my car was ready and a check list that showed suggested service. Michael called my name shortly there after checked me out gave me my receipt and I was ready to go. As I was leaving a young man helped me with my tire size he called the number out and he gave me his pen so could write it down. Overall excellent service.

The service manager and advisor went over and beyond in coming up with a solution to my problem and honoring what I had been told a month prior to this visit. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I would have preferred for there to be no issue at all, but the level of customer service shown was truly appreciated. I’ve been a customer of this dealership’s service department consistently for ten years and will continue to be one.
