Raven, my new Service Writer was great to work with today. She did a great job of advising me of what was needed for servicing our Camry. She did advise any unnecessary repairs and she listened to me. Doug is still there leading the way as the Service Manager, congratulations! In my opinion the service team are doing a great job!

Gotta love Raven! She's no BS and only suggest what you need and gets you right in and out. Very personable and the type of service provider you want to see every time or skip service until she comes back. Very pleased with her customer service and as I have told her if she is not there I would rather wait until next week to have her as my provider period. She always makes my visits worth coming to Toyota.
