This was my first visit to Gray-Daniels as we just recently moved to the area. My vehicle was due for 10,000 mile service and there was a recall notice needing to be addressed. Raven did a fantastic job as she greeted me upon my arrival, and she kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Gray-Daniels Toyota.

Unable to get car repaired on initial visit due to the OEM part being discontinued by Toyota and not available nationwide. (2007 FJ Cruiser). Service dept. was very pleasant and professional- they gave me the needed part numbers and did not charge me anything. Found an acceptable part after an online search, will take vehicle back for installation after the parts arrive. I've always gotten excellent service at Gray Daniels.

I had a great experience at Gray Daniels in Brandon, MS. I started the process online, the salesman immediately reached out to me and when I came to the location, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Marquise Harris as your salesman. He works hard to get you the best deal and is very knowledgeable. Love my new car and my experience was not stressful at all.

Great job Kourtney Gordon did a good job with helping me with a Toyota Crown Sequoia. She took me on a test drive and it showed me it had all the bells and whistles, even when I hit 85 on the interstate and hitting the curb on the way back! She laughed at me and Donald laughed with her making deals. Donald is happy with his Ford F-150 and as long as he is happy I am happy.

Wait time for car service oil change was terrible. I had to wait three hours with no updates on timeframe until asking.
