Our salesman Ryan Word was amazing!! I called to see if the car was in stock and pulled up 5 mins later to him waiting with the keys. After a quick test drive we spent about a hour doing paperwork and left with the car we wanted. It’s nothing against Ryan at all but my only complaint was the car was very filthy. It hadn’t been detailed at all or cleaned out. It’s not a big deal but when you buy a used car it shouldn’t come that dirty with the previous owner’s belongings still in it. I would check whoever is over the detailing department. Other than that we love our purchase

Mr. Kermit Tyler gave all around great service from the time we made it to the dealership until the time everything was finalized. Mr. Kermit explained every detail and has excellent customer service. He goes beyond his duties. He is a great salesman.

I had a great experience overall purchasing a vehicle remotely from TX. The vehicle was priced fairly and I received detailed photos, video, even a FaceTime call to walk through smaller details. Sales and finance were attentive and easy to work with. 4 stars simply because they were unwilling to ship the vehicle to me and I had to fly in and drive it back. This is a dealership stance that will not affect most buyers - has nothing to do with the personnel that I worked with.

Length of time there was extremely long because of short staff. I arrive a little before 9 and it was about 12 when I left for oil change and check battery. I purchased a new 84 month battery.
