LaRaven was amazing and turned a stressful situation for me into a pleasant experience. I had my car towed there late one night and I called the next morning panicked bc I needed to drive back home out of state that day but my car wouldn’t start. She got me diagnosed and taken care of that day with no problem. She was in excellent communication with me during the whole process and I was able to keep my travel plans. Dealing with LaRaven was a wonderful experience.

I walked into Gray Daniels Toyota at about 7:40 am on a Saturday morning and left about 11:30 am that morning and had to use my serious adult teacher tane to show that I was NOT PLEASED. When it was time for me to check out I was pleasantly surprised to be told that someone had paid for the service. I learned while waiting for be seen that it's best to make an appointment there so the next time I come there I will have an appointment.

Gray Daniels service center team is amazing. They paid my wife a small kindness one day by fixing a flat tire quickly so she could get the kids to school when I wasn’t in town to help - that meant a lot. Because of that, I took our Lexus in for a tire rotation, balance, and front end alignment. The shop was packed with other customers - but they had me in and out in 2 hours (those three items usually take 2 hours even when a shop isn't packed), and the car drives amazing. While there I noticed several other car makes getting serviced there (not just Toyota and Lexus), so that tells me they’ve impressed many others too. Can’t say enough good things about the team, they’re the best I’ve ever used for service, and I’ll definitely be going back.
