Very friendly staff from start to finish knowledgeable great customer service team

I loved everything about them! My Salesperson was Nate Marone and he didn’t stop until he got us out of our Jeep and into a brand new 2026 Toyota 4Runner! In bout 2 or 3 years I’ll will be coming back and dealing with them again lol!

Had service work completed on a Saturday. The service writer said well it'll be a little while before we can get to you. I was expecting to sit for about 3-4 hours. They had me in and out of there within an hour. Nice people. Nice surroundings. Comfortable situation

I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon "just looking". Trevor introduced himself, listened to what I was interested in and he and Zach gave me a deal I simply have never seen nor feel like I will ever see again. Just looking turned into driving away with my new Tundra. Have wanted one forever and they made it possible. Still hate you Trevor lol! Angel made the paperwork a breeze and stress free. Great all around experience, 10/10, highly recommend. Oh and did not take all day either

Always enjoy getting my car serviced at Gray-Daniels. I know that they are making sure that everything is working as it should and they keep me updated as the car is being processed.

They did the inspection this morning. Told me everything was OK but I expected a little bit better Service like a free car wash or a little bit more information on the vehicle being checked. I had to ask if all the batteries were OK and he informed me that the batteries are Ok. This was the first 5000 miles check up.

They made the car buying experience so easy. This was my son's 1st new car and I couldnt have went to a better place.
